Q: What are your office hours?

A: Monday - Sunday 7:00am - 9:00pm. If you need later hours we will try to accommodate your needs. Please contact our office at

Q: Can you come to my home, office, or hotel?
A: Yes, when you make reservations our Customer Service Representative will ask for your location.

Q: I would like to give a massage as a gift. What would I need to do to purchase the gift?
A: When you purchase a massage as a gift choose the massage package you would like to give as a gift.  Our Customer Service Representative will take care of the rest.

Q: How long do I have to cancel a massage that I purchased?
A: You have 24 hour to cancel a massage.

Q: Do you offer massages for someone under the age of 18 years old?
A: Yes, we require you to be present at the time of the massage. You would also have to sign a parental consent form.

Q: Can I make my appointment over the phone?

A: Yes, Coming SOON we will have online appointment option to purchase your massage for your convenience.

Q: Do you ensure Privacy & Security?
A: Yes, Pampered Luxury Mobile Spa is here to reassure our customers that their personal information,including email addresses, won't be used elsewhere,rented,or sold.

Q: Do I have to take all my clothes off?
A:
You will need to take your clothes off to your level of comfort. You can also request to leave your clothes on to some degree if you feel more comfortable. You will be covered with a sheet or some other type of cover.

Q: How long does a massage treatment take?
A: You have the choice from 30 min.- 2 hrs. of treatment. Please visit Spa Menu for more information.

Q: What happens after a session?
